To view your blood pressure readings on your fitness tracker, follow these steps: Scroll through the interface on your fitness tracker until you reach the screen displaying “mmHg” . Once you are on the blood pressure interface, wait for approximately 25 seconds. Your fitness tracker will display your blood pressure readings including the upper number (systolic pressure) and the lower number (diastolic pressure) in units of mmHg. To receive hourly readings of your blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) in the H Band app, you need switch the BP and HR monitoring to automatic in the app ( Mine > Y39 > Switch setting > BP/HR automatic monitoring), your blood pressure and heart rate will show on the dashboard.
To ensure accurate heart rate monitoring, it is important to wear your fitness tracker slightly tighter so that the heart rate sensor remains in direct contact with your skin. The tracker should be positioned about one finger’s width away from your wrist bone and lay flat. There are two types of chargers used for various smartwatches. We can set time in the smartwatch in two ways : When the smartwatch is connected to the smartphone Go to the setting button and press it down; Tap the system Tap the Date and Time option Turn off the Automatic Date and Time button . Your smartwatch will show the same time as your smartphone displays on the current location and time Zone. The other way is when the smartwatch is not connected to the smartphone. You will manually turn off the Automatic button and go to the settings, then go to the Date and Time option to adjust the correct date and time on the current location .
