Shipping policy

All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment (EXCEPT Saturday and Sunday, Legal Holiday). 

 

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

• You will not incur additional shipping charges
• Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped

We aim to provide excellent service for shipping and delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. Once an order is received, we immediately start processing; therefore, there are no cancellations or refunds.  Once customers receive the item, you may then contact us regarding a refund.  

Shipments are processed up 2-3 business days and orders will arrive within 6-12 days - depending on your location and shipping option.  The tracking number will be emailed to you once the product has shipped and is in transit. 

We will ship to the address you entered before you pay, please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you want to change the address, please contact us at support@bkwat.com within 12 hours.

If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

During the COVID-19 period, the factories and warehouse is being operated under additional guidelines to ensure the safety of both the workers and the products.
