The BKWAT E400 brings ECG and PPG heart tracking to a 1.39-inch HD touchscreen in a polished metal-alloy case. Take an ECG reading whenever you like, from your wrist or with the included chest strap and chest patch. Follow your heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature and sleep day and night, and see everything in the H Band app. No subscription needed.

ECG and heart tracking

• On-demand ECG: press and hold the ECG button on the watch, or tap Start Test in the app. Your ECG recording is ready in about 30 seconds and can be replayed in the app.
• Automatic heart rate: ECG + PPG sensors record your heart rate every 30 minutes.
• HRV insights: the H Band app shows heart rate variability and a Lorenz scatter plot, so you can see how your heart rhythm changes over time.

Four ways to take an ECG

The E400 comes with an ECG holder, a chest strap and a chest patch, so you can choose the way that suits the moment.

1. Wrist: wear the watch as usual and press and hold the ECG button.
2. Handheld: take the watch off its strap, snap it into the ECG holder and hold it with both hands.
3. Chest strap: attach the ECG holder to the front of the elastic chest strap and wear it snugly on your chest, close to the skin but not so tight that it is uncomfortable.
4. Chest patch: place the watch in the chest patch holder, then stick the patch firmly on your skin.

Sport and activity

Track steps, distance and calories, and choose a sport mode for running, cycling, ball games and more. With the app open, your phone’s GPS records your route.

A 1.39-inch 360 × 360 HD touchscreen sits under scratch-resistant tempered glass. The borderless design flows into a carefully polished case. Choose round or square, in black, blue, red or brown.

Battery and water resistance

The 280mAh battery lasts 4–7 days in typical use and up to 30 days on standby, and charges magnetically in about 3 hours. The E400 is rated IP68 for daily life: hand washing, rain and splashes. Not for hot showers or saunas.
